The method of loan repayment is individually adjusted to the needs of the project, and the cost of financing is determined individually depending on the quality of the collateral, the assessment of the project's ability to generate cash flow, and the anticipated sources for loan repayment.
The minimum amount of financing: 250.000 EUR.

After confirming the framework conditions, we obtain all necessary approvals for concluding the transaction, and after the transaction is approved, the contract is concluded and the disbursement follows. On average, we can transfer funds to the borrower within 21 days of receiving all agreed documents.
