Tasks and responsibilities:
Recording and posting of received and reported payments and keeping records.
Management and implementation of payment transactions.
Issuance and posting of issued invoices, proforma invoices and credit notes.
Preparation of data for monthly and annual reporting and support in the preparation of monthly and annual reports.
Coordination and consolidation of accounts within the international group.
Editing and coordination of financial statements with customers and suppliers.
Cooperation with other departments.
Required competences and experience:
Experience in a similar position.
Candidates with experience in the field of accounting and bookkeeping and financial operations will have an advantage.
Knowledge of data entry tools.
MS office: Excel, Word, Outlook.
Written and spoken expression in English. No liquid required.
Good knowledge of legislation related to accounting and financial operations of companies.
Ability to think critically and solve problems.
A high degree of independence and proactivity and the ability to think analytically.
At least the fifth level of education in the field of economics or a similar field.
