Tasks and responsibilities:
- Recording and posting of received and reported payments and keeping records.
- Management and implementation of payment transactions.
- Issuance and posting of issued invoices, proforma invoices and credit notes.
- Preparation of data for monthly and annual reporting and support in the preparation of monthly and annual reports.
- Coordination and consolidation of accounts within the international group.
- Editing and coordination of financial statements with customers and suppliers.
- Cooperation with other departments.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Candidates with experience in the field of accounting and bookkeeping and financial operations will have an advantage.
- Knowledge of data entry tools.
- MS office: Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Written and spoken expression in English. No liquid required.
- Good knowledge of legislation related to accounting and financial operations of companies.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems.
- A high degree of independence and proactivity and the ability to think analytically.
- At least the fifth level of education in the field of economics or a similar field.
- Employment for an indefinite period with a trial period of 6 months.
